About Giving Tuesday
Tuesday 27th November is #GivingTuesday 2018!
Giving Tuesday is the day to do good stuff for charity, straight after Thanksgiving (in the U.S.), Black Friday and Cyber Monday. It is a movement to create an international day of giving at the beginning of the Christmas and holiday season.
Make a donation to SurvivorsUK and help us continue our work with sexually abused boys and men.
About our goal
Our goal is to raise £3,000 by midnight on November 27th, #GivingTuesday. This is how much it costs SurvivorsUK to run a group for 12 men who experienced sexual abuse at any time in their lives.
“As I’ve slowly but surely challenged myself to survive and even sometimes thrive it’s hard to imagine this progress without SurvivorsUK.” James
We simply can’t do it without you. Thanks to your generosity we will be able to continue to provide long-term support to 12 men like James who have suffered in silence for so long.
And, good news! Your donation will be matched by PayPal – pound for pound. Isn’t it great?
Join millions of people in over 70 countries and make a real difference in the life of 12 men who have been sexually abused.
Giving back has never felt this good!
Help change the lives of male victims/survivors of sexual abuse this Giving Tuesday- and if you donate on #GivingTuesday PayPal are doubling donations received on the day!
Want to extend your support beyond Giving Tuesday? Set up a regular donation and help men who have suffered abuse with a monthly gift.
We are absolutely committed to seeking funding opportunities to continue our groupwork provision but, because of current funding uncertainty, we cannot guarantee that the groups will continue in their current format. Please note that should we not meet the target for groupwork or should other support services such as our helpline and individual counselling require additional funding all the money raised during Giving Tuesday will go towards those services.
