- Location: East London with some London/UK travel
- Salary: c.£50-60,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

- Reports to: Chair of the Board of Trustees

We are looking for a well-organised, highly literate and confident individual with initiative to take responsibility for the role of CEO.
Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Charity, towards the delivery of the organisational mission
Ensure the financial sustainability of the organisation ensuring robust financial planning and by overseeing the fundraising strategy
Lead development of services in support of the strategic plan, and oversee delivery of existing services
Provide management and leadership to all paid and voluntary staff and sessional workers engaged in the delivery of client services provided by the Charity
To promote the profile of the Charity externally, advocating for the needs of service users
Represent client voices and interests in all aspects of work carried out by the Charity, including advertising, digital marketing and fundraising
Essential experience / knowledge:
Experience of developing and implementing strategic, business and operational plans
Experience of managing support services
Experience of representing an organisation externally
Experience of change management and/or organisational development- Experience of sound financial and resource planning and management
Ability to identify and anticipate risks, and communicate these in a timely and transparent fashion
Ability to cope with and contribute to a changing and developing organisation
Full driving licence
