Coping with sexual abuse can be really tough and you can feel like you’re the only one. Meeting other men and boys who have gone through a similar experience to you can really help. The young people’s group at SurvivorsUK is a place where you can meet and chat with other young people.

You may not be sure if a group is right for you. No problem, contact us anyway and we’ll do our best to help or to point you in the right direction.

How to get started?

    1. 1 Contact Us

You can contact our online helpline service, our Groupwork Co-ordinator on 07467 144369 or at [email protected] or by completing our online referral form here.

    2. 2 We Contact You

We will contact you to arrange an initial informal chat with the Groupwork Co-ordinator. We can talk in more detail about the group and book you in to the group which is right for you.

Confidentiality

What you say is important to us and personal to you. We take confidentiality very seriously and only in very extreme cases would we contact anyone else about what you are telling us. But we also care about your safety and the safety of others and if we think you, or someone else, is in immediate risk of serious harm, we will take steps to keep you and others safe. If you want to check that out in more detail before you tell us something, then please do and then you can decide what you feel ready to tell us.
