Group Work is a safe, confidential space where survivors can share their stories, find community and heal together. Meeting other survivors who have gone through a similar experience to you can be profoundly helpful. Group work is available anywhere in the UK, with most sessions held online.
SurvivorsUK run a variety of groups, from specialist to casual drop-in groups, which are all there to help support you emotionally. Each session is facilitated by an experienced member of our Group Work team who works with clients to create a safe, supportive environment and provide a warm welcome to newcomers.
We are here for men, trans and non-binary people aged 18+ who have experienced any form of sexual abuse or violence at any point in their lives. Our Allies group also provides support to friends and family supporting a survivor in their lives.
We run a variety of groups, shaped by the needs and suggestions of our Group Work clients, such as:
